The following is a short summary of the important Covenants and Restrictions in the Woodcreek Subdivision. This does not purport to be a substitute for the full and legal Covenants and Restrictions. 1. Plans for any new construction, addition or unattached structure of any kind (fences, flag poles, swing sets, gazebos, sheds and decks) must be submitted to the Subdivision Committee for approval.  (Amendment 5 10.2.S)

2. No out-buildings are permitted unless approved by the Subdivision Committee.  (Amendment 5. 10.2.S)

3. No parcel upon which a house is constructed shall be used for parking trailers, motor homes, boats, trucks etc.  (Covenant 10.2.C)

4. Front yard fences are not permitted; nor are fences or walls over 4 feet in height. All plans for fences must be submitted to the Subdivision Committee for approval.    (Amendment 1  10.2.O)

5. No chain link or wire fences are permitted.  (Amendment 1  10.2.O)

6. Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept upon a Parcel except in sanitary containers.  (Covenant 10.2.I)

7. No clothes, sheets, blankets, laundry shall be hung out.   (Amendment 1   10.2.P)

8. No affixed ornamentation on exterior of dwelling or roof is permitted.  (Covenant 10.2.E)

9. No signs other than "House for Sale" signs are permitted.    (Covenant 10.2.E)

10. No free standing satellite dishes or antennae are permitted. Attached antennae must not exceed 10 feet above the roof line of the dwelling.    (Amendment 2    10.2.R)

11. No above ground pools are permitted. Plans for in-ground swimming pools must be submitted to the Subdivision Committee.    (Covenant 10.2.N)

12. Only the official Woodcreek Mailbox system to be used, Standard-size pewter grey mailboxes, posts in wood-tones.   (Amendment 2   10.2.Q)

13. Pets are not permitted to be off leash.  (Covenant  10.2.F)

14. No rabbits, livestock, fowl, or poultry of any kind are permitted shall be raised, bred, accepted or permitted to remain on or kept on any parcel. (Covenant 10.2.F)
